Our History

Our President and CEO, Micky Negreanu, immigrated to the US from Romania in 1987. He established Paragon Dining Services in 2001 with the intention of replicating the joy and camaraderie of family dining in the workplace. With 13 cafeterias across the Denver metro area, Micky continues to prioritize his "don't leave the family at home, create it at work" mantra. He is actively involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring that Paragon's commitment to providing the highest quality food and service is upheld. Micky's passion and dedication to Paragon sets us apart from our competitors, fostering strong relationships with our clients, customers, and employees alike.
